Marla Watts-Pacheco is a qualified behavioral health professional and behavior consultant specializing in family engagement, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and organizational behavior management. She has been a behavior analyst, behavior specialist, and ABA therapist in clinic, school, and in-home settings. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys time with her family and exploring new places with her husband. Marla is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with her Bachelors in Behavioral Science and Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Heather Volchko is a school-based consultant and program evaluator specializing in emotional and behavioral disorders, trauma-informed behavior analysis, organizational behavior management, and leadership psychology. She has been a coordinator, teacher, and paraprofessional in therapeutic, alternative, self-contained, resource, and correctional settings. Outside of her professional work, she has worked abroad with various international education organizations as well as stateside with organizations facilitating upward mobility with disadvantaged populations. Heather is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with her Bachelors in Special Education, Masters in Educational Psychology, and is currently pursuing her PhD.

Carly Dietz is a behavior analyst specializing in functional communication skills, nurturing social interactions, assisting families in managing behaviors effectively, and supervising future behavior analysts. She has worked collaboratively with the whole therapeutic service team in clinic, school, and home settings where she is known for her energy, positivity, and genuine passion for making a difference. Carly is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with her Bachelors in Psychology: Early Childhood Education and her Masters in Psychology: Applied Behavior Analysis.

Christopher Zielinski is a school-based consultant, school psychologist, and administrator specializing in criminal justice, at-risk youth, autism spectrum and emotional disorders, and public policy. He has been a long-term substitute teacher, school psychologist, lead psychologist, behavior analyst, autism/behavior consultant, and assistant superintendent in the public education sector as well as a coordinator in the state and federal criminal justice systems. Outside of his professional work, he has his hands full with three amazing daughters and a motivated, intelligent, and wonderful wife. Chris is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with his Bachelor of Arts in Public Law and Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Specialist in School Psychology, and Director of Special Education endorsement.

Alex Grosso is a school-based and clinic-affiliated behavior analyst specializing in early intervention behavioral therapy, developmental disabilities, and family connections. He has been a behavior analyst and behavior technician in clinic and school settings. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys working out, playing video games, traveling, and spending time with his three Dachshunds. Alex is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with his Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
