What do we do?
Our work spans the full range - from districtwide systems down to a single student. Here's where to start:
Program Evaluation
The Alliance evaluates specialized programs at every level from districtwide down to a single complex student case - reviewing real data and direct observation, then handing your team a plan built around what they can actually implement. When a specialized program is under state monitoring or a case is headed toward due process, our evaluation documentation holds up under that scrutiny.
Co-Implemented FBAs
Through The Navigators, aspiring BCBA interns guide your team through a co-implemented FBA. Your team shares the data, the Navigator runs the analysis under experienced oversight and quality verification, and your team carries the function forward into resourced BIP writing. Your staff walks away more skilled, not just holding a finished report.
Intensive Intervention
The Lab is job-embedded professional learning for your team, built around a student returning to your program from a more intensive placement - corrections, outplacement, or hospitalization. gradually releasing responsibility so your staff carry the skills forward to any student returning back to your local schools, not just this one.
Fieldwork Supervision
The Directory supervises aspiring school-based BCBAs and IBAs completing their fieldwork hours - flexible nights and weekends scheduling, real school-based casework, and supervisors who've been exactly where they are. Districts can sponsor this for their own staff or trainees can apply directly on their own.
