TLC Nonprofit

How did we start?

Our founder’s journey as an educator ignited a passion for empowering professionals who serve students in school settings. She noticed that preservice teachers often do not receive the vital training necessary to address the varied needs of their students, leading many to leave the profession altogether.

She also saw the untapped potential of behavior analysts, whose insights into classroom management can significantly enhance educational experiences. Unfortunately, these valuable skills are often underutilized in the fast-paced school environment.

So she founded TLC Nonprofit where our mission is to change this narrative. We believe that collaboration is essential - and we are committed to fostering connections between specialists and educators. By curating a supportive local network, we aim to ensure that all professionals working with complex students have the resources and encouragement they need to thrive. Together, we can transform the educational landscape and support every educator to keep serving their local area right where they are.
