Welcome to TLC Nonprofit
We’re TLC.
We focus on helping districts build the internal strength to serve their most complex learners, creating a connected pathway from immediate student support to long-range systems improvement. We share our districts’ ambitions — to keep students learning, steady the adults doing the work, and build structures that last beyond one tough year or one tough case. We work to understand both the day-to-day constraints and the long-range priorities — focusing on practical actions, strong teaming, and supports that teams can actually carry forward.

What do we believe?
OUR VISIONEvery student deserves the chance to thrive in school - and beyond.
OUR MISSIONTo unlock the door to student success by partnering with school teams and their local networks to provide focused guidance and practical training.
OUR VALUESAnchored by integrity.
Without integrity, our efforts hold no weight. Every action we take and word we say is rooted in trust and transparency, inspiring confidence and open communication.
Better together.
We thrive as a collective. We firmly believe that true connection and collaboration surpass solitary efforts, benefiting both us and those we serve.
Creating legacy.
Transforming educational systems and uplifting communities is a lifelong commitment. We honor those who have come before us, and take up the cause to empower future generations.
How did we start?
Our founder’s journey as an educator ignited a passion for empowering professionals who serve students in school settings. She noticed that preservice teachers often do not receive the vital training necessary to address the varied needs of their students, leading many to leave the profession altogether.
She also saw the untapped potential of behavior analysts, whose insights into classroom management can significantly enhance educational experiences. Unfortunately, these valuable skills are often underutilized in the fast-paced school environment.
So she founded TLC Nonprofit where our mission is to change this narrative. We believe that collaboration is essential - and we are committed to fostering connections between specialists and educators. By curating a supportive local network, we aim to ensure that all professionals working with complex students have the resources and encouragement they need to thrive. Together, we can transform the educational landscape and support every educator to keep serving their local area right where they are.
